Kinesiology Tape is coloured elastic tape that is used to support muscle activity, decrease pain, swelling and bruising, and guide patterns of movement.
Unlike Rigid Strapping Tape that is used to limit movement at a joint, kinesiology tape is highly elastic meaning it wont restrict movement. Kinesiology tape is most commonly used for its proprioceptive property, providing neural feedback to assist with correcting posture and reducing pain.
LRK Tape is segmented into 25cm hand-tearable lengths for ease of application. No cutting is required for normal application. It wont peal when wet so it can be worn for a number of days before reapplication is required.
Kinesiology tape is hypoallergenic and latex free.
