Do I have to be a Fitness First member to visit Core Therapy?

What does Core Therapy specialise in?

Are your therapists qualified?

Yes, our therapist hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage or above qualification.

Where is Core Therapy located?

Core Therapy is located in the heart of Melbourne, within Fitness First Platinum at QV (entry at the corner of Lonsdale and Swanston Street).

Are health fund rebates available?

Yes, our therapists are registered with AAMT. You can claim ‘remedial massage’ with most major health funds.

What does my session include?

Your session involves the consultation, time to change and of course the massage. When booking a session, allow enough time for all three procedures. Please contact us if you need advice on the duration of your session.

What should I wear?

Any form of comfortable clothing is fine, we will inform you if training clothes are required.

Can I pay with eftpos or credit card?

Yes. We accept debit, visa and mastercard payment.

Are bulk packages refundable?

No, bulk packages are non-refundable.

Do you have cancellation fees?

We do not charge any cancellation fees, we only ask that you give us notice as soon as possible.

How should I recover from a sports injury?

R.I.C.E which stands for 'Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation' is best used to recover from sports injuries such as sprains. Icing is also useful for recovering from tender joints and sore muscle regions.
